What Makes KCP Different?

We love working with and seeing our patients achieve goals that are important to them. This can be as simple as being able to stand independently, feed their pet or access the local community. We take the time required to understand exactly what is important to our patients.

We work alongside other paid and unpaid carers to ensure that if you are receiving personal care needs that this is undertaken with an enablement focus, ensuring that you are an active part in your care.

At KCP we will regularly review your goals, we will only see you for as long as clinically indicated, and discuss your progress with you. We will change and adapt your treatment plan depending on your wishes. KCP is also proud to offer a free non-obligation follow-up phone call 1 week after you have been discharged from our service to ensure that you are maintaining or progressing with your goals or to help resolve any concerns you may have.

We have a range of KCP payment packages available for you to choose the flexibility that best suits you – please see Our Services page for more information.
